Treatment Coordinator

Duties:
- Answering phone calls and inquiries from patients
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar
- Explaining treatment options and financial arrangements to patients
- Assisting with insurance claims and processing
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is MANDATORY
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a REQUIRED
- Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software OPEN DENTAL
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
