This role will be the key to a successful program. You will be responsible for the daily success of the program creating a positive experience for all participants. Responsibilities will range from community management to logistical support. You will report to the Program Operations Manager responsible for the overall program and account management. You will be responsible for performing administrative duties, as well as support with events and management.

You will be expected to be available at all program stages and virtual/physical event times scheduled for the duration of the program. You will be interacting with mentors and up-and-coming startups on a daily basis.

Essential Functions

  • Startup Selection and Onboarding Process: Act as the initial point of contact for program applicants, monitoring program email address, replying to messages, and addressing inquiries that require local knowledge and providing timely and accurate information. Assist in the onboarding process for selected startups, ensuring a seamless integration into the accelerator program.
  • Schedule and Calendar Coordination: Set up and manage scheduling, organizing and keeping Program schedules up to date.
  • Event Planning, Preparation and Execution: Participate in preparation for program-related and community events, collaborating with startups, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful and seamless event.
  • Batch Communication: Write, plan and send email and message communication to program stakeholders regarding important timelines, details, and information about the program.
  • Document management: Update internal documents and tools regularly to facilitate reporting and ensure visibility into the progress and activities of the accelerator program.
  • Program support: Implement day-to-day administrative tasks related to the program, including but not limited to: Google Drive and systems set-up, Calendar management, securing a venue, event coordination, Demo Day planning, meeting management, note-taking, reporting, etc.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the accelerator program.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn tools including but not limited to Airtable, Google Suite, Slack, etc. 
  • Be one of the most organized people you know
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in multitasking
  • Capability to learn & adapt quickly
  • Self-starter & prioritize to get tasks done efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment under pressure
  • Global and cultural awareness, be excited about working in a diverse environment with different types of people from around the world speaking different languages
  • Passionate about startups
  • Must be able to communicate and work with a team across several time zones
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on, with, or for startups
  • Familiarity with cross cultural business
  • Knowledge of the startup ecosystem in Georgia
Physical Requirements
  • Based in Tbilisi, Georgia preferred.
