Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Enter orders into the POS system (Toast POS) for kitchen preparation - Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation - Provide recommendations on menu items and specials - Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area - Process guest payments using cash register, handling cash transactions accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - Proficient in using cash register and POS systems (experience with Toast POS is a plus) - Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members - Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude - Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid, including internships.
