Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in managing waitlists and reservations
- Communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in handling guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service and restaurant operations is an asset
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
