Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment to perform tasks such as digging, bulldozing, and transporting materials. Your expertise in operating equipment such as dump trucks, concrete mixers, front loader trucks, water trucks, and cranes will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects. Duties: - Operate and maintain heavy equipment including dump trucks, concrete mixers, front loader trucks, water trucks, and cranes - Perform tasks such as digging, bulldozing, and transporting materials - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively - Adhere to project timelines and deadlines Requirements: - Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks, concrete mixers, front loader trucks, water trucks, and cranes - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record - Ability to operate farm machinery is a plus - Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
