Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the online sales strategies and operations of our e-commerce platform.

For the past 10 years 4into1 has been a reliable source for motorcycle parts to keep vintage motorcycles on the road. We specialize in parts for Japanese models starting from the 1960’s and are quickly expanding our product range to more makes and years. Our products are available on our website, eBay, and Amazon store.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
- Implement product price changes and pricing strategies
- Manage customer service through emails and returns
- Monitor website traffic, customer reviews, and product listings
- Create new product listings
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
- Create and monitor ad campaigns on eBay, Amazon and google
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Manage obsolete inventory and discontinued items

Requirements:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management
- Basic motorcycle or automotive knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with excel and google sheets
- Project management skills and highly organized
- Customer service etiquette
- Proficiency in online marketing and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Budgeting skills to manage e-commerce finances effectively
- Experience in team management and supervising staff
- Knowledge of SEO and marketing on Amazon, ebay and google

8am - 5pm - Monday through Friday
