Bar Back

• The bar back's position is to make sure the bartenders have everything they need to do their jobs. The bar back's duties include collecting and washing glasses, stocking beer and liquor, changing kegs, as well as janitorial duties to ensure the bar stays clean.
• This job requires heavy lifting, and you must be 21 . This is a great entry-level position for someone who wants bar experience. Make no mistake about it, this is a very demanding job, and the bartenders tip bar backs very well if they excel.
• Skills and qualifications include but are not limited to; great communication skills, strong work ethic, work well with others, foster teamwork, ability to multi-task, follow direction, lift over 50 lbs. and must be able to stand for an entire 8 hour shift.
