- Ownership Mentality: Taking pride in the day to day tasks and responsibilities of the position. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast paced work environment and be eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities. These responsibilities would include, but are not limited to; present properties and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants, assist prospective tenants in the leasing process, current resident satisfaction and retention, full lifecycle of tenant activities (e.g., lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management, etc.)
- Integrity: We work with a high integrity and moral compass. The ideal candidate would lead by example utilizing fair and ethical leasing techniques.
