Ritters Garden & Gift in Spokane, WA is looking for someone to assist our general manager and owner to join our team. We are located on 10120 N Division Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

• You’ll be responsible for training all staff, assist with growth and development of the team, drive sales, as well as answering phone and greeting customers…

Job expectation…

• Manage all onboarding and training of the team
• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience
• Assist owner with policies and procedures of the store and multi departments
• Conduct meetings and implement plans of the owner
• Drive sales and sales goals
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• You will work approximately 50-60 hours per week in all types of weather, up to 6 days a week during the spring, and some days up to 12 hours a day (shifts varying between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm) while providing top-notch customer service to our customers.
• Available Saturdays and Sundays is critical

Qualifications

• Over 25 years of age
• Management experience or equivalent education
• Ability to lift 60lbs
• Ability to work in extreme environments
• Ability to stand on feet for up to 12 hours a day
• Availability to work flexible hours as days and shifts will vary between 7am and 7pm
• Available to work up to 6 days a week during the busy time
• Previous physical labor, and management position job is required
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
