Job Title: QA Senior Manager (SAP)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Senior Manager with expertise in SAP to lead our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements. This leadership role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing teams.

Requirements:

• Number of years of experience & role 15 years of experience in testing and should have led a critical migration / transformation program from a testing perspective. 5 plus yrs of experience in this kind of role
• Strong Test Program Management Should have managed a team of at least 30 in an onsite and offshore delivery model. The key stakeholder from a testing perspective to the program. Manage dependencies, risks and issues from a testing perspective. Developing detailed testing plan, schedule and aligning it to program timeline and review/track deliverables
• SAP/Sales Force experience Should have strong SAP / Sales force experience. The SAP modules that the candidate should be having Pricing, Resource Management and Forecasting
• There is an expectation that candidate wont be hands-on but needs to have a strong understanding of different testing types -Functional testing, Integration testing, Automation, Performance testing and regression testing

Nice to Have:

- Certification in SAP or QA (e.g., SAP Certified Associate, ISTQB).

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform).
