Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Global Trade Compliance Systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the functional processes and business rules surrounding global trade compliance and restricted party screening.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and manage Global Trade Compliance Systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
2. Understand and document business processes and rules related to global trade compliance and restricted party screening.
3. Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select the most suitable global trade compliance system.
4. Develop comprehensive business requirements and functional processes for the selected system.
5. Utilize expertise in business process to optimize operations in the areas of global trade compliance and restricted party screening.
6. Apply organizational change management principles to facilitate the successful adoption of new systems or processes.
7. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for multiple projects to ensure the system meets business needs and operates as expected.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the field of Global Trade Compliance Systems.
2. Extensive knowledge of the functional processes and business rules around global trade compliance and restricted party screening.
3. Experience in implementing Global Trade Compliance Systems.
4. Strong skills in creating RFPs and defining business requirements and functional processes.
5. Background in organizational change management.
6. Experience leading UAT for multiple projects.
7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
