Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly fixed (i.

e., 7am - 3pm, 3pm 11pm or 11pm - 7am) or rotating shift (i.e., Midnights, Afternoons, Days or Days / Afternoons).

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
