Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facility, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.

- Report maintenance needs to supervisor or maintenance department.

- Maintain all grounds adjacent to building(s), all exterior walkways of the building. (snow removal, mow & trim grass)

- Inspect for proper operation of emergency and common area lighting and notify management.

- Check all common areas daily. (storage room, hot water tank room, garage, stairwell, hallways and furnace rooms)

- Assist with maintenance in building.

- Assist in unit turns and cleaning including Common Areas.

- Remove garbage from trashcans, ash cans and ashtrays.

- Assist in keeping grounds and building neat and free of litter.

- Wear back support belt during work hours when needed and use safety equipment (goggles, masks and gloves, etc.) as tasks dictate.

- It is the ground’s keeper responsibility to know and adhere to all federal, state and local laws as well as all policies and procedures contained in the manuals issued by TSCI or as communicated (verbally or in writing) to site employees.

- Be aware of TSCI goals relative to resident satisfaction and resident retention and ensure that you do your part towards meeting them.

- Carry out all tasks as directed by his/her supervisor.

- Inform supervisor when supplies are needed or equipment needs repair or servicing.
