Location : BaltimoreMD.
Duration : FullTime.
NEED TS / SCI with FullScope Polygraphclearance.
Providessupport for implementation troubleshooting and maintenance ofInformation Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT systeminfrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
Provides support to IT systemsincluding daytoday operations monitoring and problem resolution forall of the client / server / storage / network devices mobile devicesetc.
Provides support for thedispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in theresolution process.
Configuresand manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs / loadsoperating system software troubleshoots maintains integrity andconfigures network components along with implementing operatingsystems enhancements to improve reliability andperformance
Ten(10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similarscope type and complexity is required.
Bachelor s degree in a technicaldiscipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional SAexperience may be substituted for a bachelor sdegree.
