Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full-time Waterjet and Glass Polisher Operator to join our team for sampling operations. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to complete sampling projects according to provided drawings. Operators are responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a focus on exceptional quality while upholding safety standards.

Job Duties:

• Set up tools based on specified programming and cutting requirements.
• Follow schedule and prioritize workflow to optimize efficiency.
• Adjust machine settings for tool compensations and various material types.
• Inspect completed parts for quality cutting/polishing and critical dimensions.
• Perform routine daily and weekly machine preventive maintenance.

Job Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading and understanding shop drawings.
• Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to budgets, and deliver quality workmanship.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Capability to set up and change tools as required.
• Basic knowledge of machining processes.
