Are you a dynamic professional with a flair for multitasking in high-energy settings? At 3DTSI, we are on the hunt for an individual who can seamlessly adapt to changing workflows, ensuring that every detail, no matter how minute, is captured and handled with precision.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing projects including contract management, staffing, material procurement, permitting, planning, scheduling, financial reporting, quality assurance and control, safety, equipment management, and monitoring contract performance.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Qualifications:
A successful candidate shall be experienced with the knowledge, skill and ability to supervise low voltage system implementations. The scope disciplines consist of telecom, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and audio-visual systems.
Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (based on experience).EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Three to five years of progressively more responsible field construction and management experience. Any discipline acceptable with civil, mechanical or electrical preferred. Desirable work experience includes contract management, QA/QC surveillance and/or estimating. Supervisory experience a plus. A working knowledge of the following software is desired: Procore, Sage, Microsoft® Project, Microsoft® Excel, Microsoft® Word, and A BS/BA degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or construction engineering preferred, but not required. An equivalent combination of collegiate education or experience will be considered.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction contracts, construction drawings and specifications, common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Effectively present and communicate information to 3D management and public groups as necessary both in written or oral format, in interpreting requirements and providing reports. Should possess good customer service abilities along with refined grammar skills. The position requires interaction with clients, other departments, and field employees in a professional manner.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to sit; use hand and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The incumbent is required to walk daily on construction sites in rough terrain, and climb ladders and facilities under construction. The incumbent is occasionally required to stand for long periods of time. The incumbent may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. And occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent regularly splits time between work in a semi-quiet construction office environment and on construction sites, where there is moderate to occasional great noise levels. Some travel is required
