As a logistics coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods from our global supplier network, optimizing logistics processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. The role involves overseeing multiple transportation modes and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the supply chain.

What you'll do:
  • Book international shipments with various freight forwarders and parcel express carriers.
  • Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of ladings
  • Track and monitor shipments, proving regular updates to internal stakeholders
  • Support all freight invoice audits and assist in resolving billing issues
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with logistics vendors ensuring effective communication, competitive pricing, and reliable service
  • Coordinate logistics projects to support strategic customers
  • All other duties as assigned
What it takes:
  • Prior experience in international logistics / transportation / supply chain is required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability
  • Strong communication skills(both oral and written)

The Recruitment Process:

Physical Demands:
While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use a computer keyboard, monitor and mouse, telephone and printer; reach with hands, and arms, talk, see and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop or kneel and must occasionally lift and/or move up to the 40 pounds.
Work Environment:
Indoors (A/C); nonsmoking; the majority of this job function is performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions. However, there may be job duties that require the employee to spend time in the manufacturing areas exposed to machinery and noise; eye protection occasionally required. Occasionally works in outside weather conditions. Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
