Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at the 3C’s coffee Cup cafe. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with tables regularly
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Strong math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Culinary knowledge is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
