Overview:

We are seeking a Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy skills and be able to perform various clerical tasks efficiently.

Duties:

- Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate projects related to computer operations
- Manage office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information
- Ensure proper functioning of phone systems

Requirements:

- Proficiency in computer operations and software applications
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience in office management or medical office settings is a plus
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with basic computer troubleshooting techniques
