Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the management of the company's financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and an understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Assist in preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet and income statements.

· Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.

· Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and proper recording of transactions.

· Reconcile and analyze various accounts, including receivables, payables and inventory.

· Collaborate with other teams in the company to improve efficiencies and implement new processes.

· Provide guidance and support to accounting staff, reviewing their work and providing feedback.

· Assist Controller on any needed projects

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting

· Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

· Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets.

· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

· Strong organization and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
