The Dishwasher/Prep position is 10 hrs a day, 4 consecutive days per week- Thurs-Sun, 8am-6pm weekdays, 7am-5pm weekends. We start at $14/hr an equal share of pooled tips (typically an additional $2.50-3.50/every hour worked)

It is dishwashing focused with prep tasks scheduled throughout the day. We don’t have a dishwashing machine so it’s all hand washing. Efficiency and organization are vital as the bakers rely heavily on the dishwasher. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes initiative, and enjoys being a team player. They can handle long shifts on their feet and heavy lifting (up to 50lbs), and adhere to all Health Dept standards.

The prep includes tasks like cutting vegetables and fruits, folding handpies, prepping dry mixes, and scooping cookie dough. You would be the primary person responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen with deep cleaning tasks scheduled into your shifts, and would always be the last one to leave the kitchen at the end of the day.
