We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced On-Site Property Manager to join our team. As an On-site Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties located in various locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple properties
• Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and fully occupied
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors
• Collect rent and other fees from tenants
• Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure they are in compliance with safety and health codes

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• 2 years of customer service-related experience
• 2 year of Property Management experience preferred but not required.
• Reporting onsite to our Wheeling, IL building
