Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various appliances, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Perform field service calls to diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering any questions they may have
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to identify issues and determine the most effective repair solutions
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and services performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various appliances
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a box truck for transportation of appliances (preferred)
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to lift heavy appliances and perform manual labor as required
