Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machinist to join our team. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating various machines to fabricate and modify parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines to fabricate parts

- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders

- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of parts

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

- Collaborate other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist

- Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machines

- Knowledge of plastics injection molding is a plus

- Strong mathematical skills for performing calculations and measurements

- Ability to fabricate and weld parts as needed

- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is preferred

- Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
