Your Role : As our Website project and UX manager, you will own and manage everything to do with our global website and the regional sites for AUS, UK and US. We need you to be the lead and be the main driver behind its development and growth reporting back to the business of your strategies and successes You will be the subject matter expert working alongside colleagues across our business to influence and provide the latest trends in UX and website best practice. We need someone that understands user behavior and mind frame when using websites and how the information presented on website can have a huge impact on what a user does. What you will be doing : Own and manage the development and growth of our global website, with regional variants for AUS, UK, US. You will be responsible for creating and owning the implementation of a user experience strategy, optimizing user experience from when they land on our external website or customer learning and community platform. Own and manage the WordPress CMS to maximize its use to maintain website operations and be the main point of contact for internal teams. Collaboratively design and build new pages, UX journeys, manage wireframes, & page architecture with regional teams. Build a conversion rate optimization (CRO) program including build and execution of A/B tests to ensure our web consumer experience journeys are fluid and intuitive. This should deliver a clear information architecture, user experience and personalization through testing and CRO. Assess website project briefs and collaborate with our marketing services agency & regional marketing teams for optimum website design, copy, user experience development. Working with our agency to map and plan digital content creation across our CX 360 consumer funnel with a global view and regional adjustments for AUS, UK and US. Have a wide range of experience in measuring and evaluating key analytics to determine how to optimize on-page content and navigation to encourage lead conversion and create a seamless user experience for all site visitors. You are intimately familiar with the Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager) and other data analytic platforms. Report and produce insights, analytics, and UX insights to build a deep understanding of visitor behaviour on our website. Strong presentation skills as a subject matter expert in website UX. Champion best practices, guidance, and templates for building new web pages; consult with marketing and other departments to ensure optimized web pages are built and educate other CMS users on best practice and UX. Adhering to the intelliflo brand and having an eye for creative design as well as building UX journeys within WordPress. Align website development to projects, budget, scope, resource, and timelines. Work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders creating tasks & deadlines for every project team member. Lead project team meetings to review progress against timing plans. What you will bring : Experience with user segmentation and personalization Experience in UX, web page layout/design & content strategy Stays on-top of the latest design practices and industry trends, constantly looking for inspiration, innovation and ideas and sharing your knowledge with the team Experience in the Atlassian suite of software (Jira & Confluence) is desirable but not essential for project management. You have extensive experience generating regular reports and proactively communicating progress toward goals within your area for critical stakeholders. Comfortable communicating, developing, and sustaining effective working relationships with stakeholders as well as leading team meetings. Time management, organization, and problem-solving skills along with strong communication style as a website UX subject matter expert. Comfortable working alongside our internal brand team and external designers to ensure a cohesive look and feel but also ensuring the website elevates the brand for an online user experience. Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment. Proven experience within website project management and user experience. Proven experience of growing websites and implementing UX journeys with CRO, key KPIs and results. Experience working in a cross-functional/matrix organisation, preferably within a global set up, B2B or SaaS organizations but not essential. Experience working with a demand generation environment to support Marketing Managers campaign goals and initiatives. Relevant UX design course or a business qualification preferred.
