Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads to expand our client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales in the janitorial or related industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Monday to Friday
