Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced food industry environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with orders

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station

- Assist in bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient order processing

- Utilize POS system for order entry and payment processing

Experience:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting preferred

- Knowledge of food handling and culinary practices is a plus

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer inquiries

- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous

- Ability to sanitize work areas and adhere to hygiene standards
