Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of swimming pools and related equipment. Your attention to detail and enthusiastic work ethic will ensure that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly.
Duties:
- Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including, but not limited to, brushing and vacuuming pools, skimming debris, emptying baskets, and managing pool equipment (cleaning filters and salt cells)
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators
- Test water samples for chemical balance and adjust accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance within company utilized app
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and report concerns to management
Skills:
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong work ethic and desire to work outside
- Ability to work outside in a variety of FL climates
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address pool-related problems
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate water chemistry levels
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Prior pool tech experience a plus
