Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Smoke Shop Retail Associate. As an integral part of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our diverse range of smoking products, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers about our products, including tobacco, pipes, vaporizers, and accessories
• Provide recommendations and guidance to customers based on their preferences and needs
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Uphold compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of smoking products
• Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and collaborating with colleagues
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the store

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a smoke shop or similar environment
• Knowledge of smoking products and accessories is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Must be at least 21 years old

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
