3 Kings Roofing is a local, well-established roofing company here in the Collin County area. With over 20 years of industry expertise, we have establish a robust reputation amongst both residential and commercial property owners specializing in both repairs and comprehensive roofing solutions. We are actively seeking exceptional individuals with outstanding communication skills to join our uprising sales team. Current Sales reps are making over $10k each month, company bonuses and trips are rewarded, and growth within company is promoted. At 3 Kings Roofing you get to determine your own financial status and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet homeowners on a day to day basis, providing them with roofing solutions.
• Assess property and take pictures of damages.
• Network and expand your outreach from current customers.

DO YOU QUALIFY?

• Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong communication/ social skills (This position requires daily face-to-face interactions with customers, so this quality is vital).
• Must have strong ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
• Must be self-motivated and resilient to meet or exceed goals.
• Must be able to sell or have strong people skills with high willingness to learn.
• Must be professional and well put together.
• Must be customer service orientated.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous sales background is highly desired, but not required.
• Paid training is provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,114.20 - $120,503.13 per year
