3 Key Consulting is Hiring a Remote Project Manager Senior (Supply Chain/APICS) - REMOTE - (JP9528)
- 100% remote
- We are open to any consider any continental US based candidate.
- Prior client experience (requirement).
- Senior level Manager experience.
- Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.
- Projects may be strategic in nature.
- Responsibilities may include:
- Resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).
- Regularly interacts with management.
- Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.
- May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
- Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
- May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.
- Supply Chain or Materials/Supplier Management experience.
- Data management experience (e.g. Excel pivot tables, etc.).
- Senior project level manager experience and quality improvements.
- Science or engineering background.
- Motivated, self-starter, great interpersonal skills.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification - preferred/ highly desirable.
- Six-Sigma Black Belt (or Green Belt) certification - preferred/highly desirable.
- APICS/CPIM certification - Production and Inventory control certification
- Develop and manage execution of project plans for Supplier Management related initiatives.
- Expertise in running medium to large scale projects.
- Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures.
- Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Business process development best practices, change management
- Strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills.
- Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.
- Fully remote

- Board visibility; exposure to all sorts of levels and partners/suppliers
- Work/life balance
- No prior experience at client (we are seeking individual with prior experience at client)
- Senior Project Management experience; 5-10 years (some years within in Client/Biotech)
- Mastery of English language
- Lack of exposure to technical/quality improvement topics (product related topics)
- Science or engineering background.
