What we need:

31st Union’s Workplace Experience Specialist is fundamental to the studio’s overall success. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work alongside our Workplace Experience team to continue to curate an excellent workplace where we constantly strive for excellence in employee satisfaction, productivity, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate our overall workplace experience strategy and operating model, establishing the necessary processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operationsDrive operational and workplace experience efficiency by continually analyzing systems and processes to refine influencing automated services, if applicable Partner with Workplace Experience team and HR on onboarding, offboarding, other projects with our IT partnersInterpret goals and communicate direction with leadership and internal teamsDevelop a strong relationship and understanding of each of our internal teams needs and stakeholders to identify strategies that best support productivityCollaborate with Director of Workplace Experience on budget allocation to develop and drive metrics dashboardAssist Workplace Experience team with all studio-related logistical needsPartner with Workplace Experience Manager on expense management, travel program initiatives and coordinationSupport leadership, new hires as needed with expense management and establish cost reporting metrics for all studios T & E.Work closely with Communications and Culture teams on studio initiatives.

Who You Are:

5 years of experience in the workplace experience or operations with a significant emphasis on creating and delivering seamless employee experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPossess a solution-driven mindset Strong decision-making skillsSolid understanding of operational processes and systems

Who you are:

Experience with aggregating, organizing, and synthesizing dataVery comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing office environment.Proven track record in project managementExperience with brand and marketing effortsMeticulous attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple prioritiesStrong proficiency in Office 365, G-Suite, Concur, Confluence, Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Media Encoder, etc.), Monday.com a plus
