2H Talent LLC is Hiring a Construction Coordinator Near Exeter, NH

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Construction Coordinator with 0-5 years of experience in the construction industry to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily be assigned to construction sites, where they will play a crucial role in coordinating and administering various aspects of construction projects. While experience working as a project engineer or in estimating within the industrial construction field is a plus, candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

· Contract Administration: Coordinate and administer the contract, cost, schedule, documents, and correspondence for assigned construction projects. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.

· Document Management: Manage, control, and distribute documentation relating to submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), drawings, specifications, correspondence, and all other project-related documents. Maintain accurate and organized project files and records.

· Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, updates, and coordination efforts.

· Pre-Qualification: Support the pre-qualification of bid contract packages by assisting in the preparation of bid documents, conducting vendor research, and evaluating contractor qualifications and capabilities.

· Technical Management: Perform technical management and inspections as needed to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

· Schedule Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, monitoring progress and milestones, and identifying potential delays or conflicts. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

· Cost Control: Support cost control efforts by tracking project expenses, reviewing invoices and change orders, and assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and forecasts. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

· 0-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with exposure to project coordination or administration roles.

· Experience working as a project engineer or in estimating within the industrial construction field is a plus.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.

· Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation.
