As a designer at 2A, you’ll collaborate with our consultants, storytellers, designers, motion designers and web developers to make powerful and effective marketing assets. You’ll use your inventive design skills, tested knack for collaboration, and drive for completion to make great ideas a reality.

Qualifications - need to have

• 2-4 years of experience in a full-time design role 
• Fluency in design principlesand workflow 
• Experience working on a range of deliverable types including ebooks, PPT decks, and infographics 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Aptitude for learning about new technologies 
• Facility to accept and provide constructive feedback 
• Exceptional attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to hit deadlines 
• Knack for thinking on the fly to guide internal working sessions and client conversations 
• Ability to work with a wide range of design tools including Adobe CC, O365,and Figma
• Based in the U.S. 
• Authorized to work in the U.S. 

• Experience designing for a major cloud provider (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience working for an agency
• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree
