Our private & public events include top brands in apparel, accessories and beauty, including: Marc Jacobs, Aquazurra, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Oscar de la Renta, SoulCycle, Reformation, J Crew, NEST Fragrances, & more!

What’s your Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing an efficient stockroom. You will inspect and record deliveries, compare records with merchandise delivered, and report any loss or discrepancy in order to maintain an accurate inventory count. The Stock manager must be able to delegate priorities and assign duties according to company expectations.

The Stock manager will be working closely with the Store Manager and Merchandising team.

What to expect:

· Coordinate, process, and prep deliveries pickups

· Schedule and supervise a team of a few stock associates

· Assist in opening and closing the store

· Prepare, develop and file paperwork/reports

· Merchandising in accordance to the store standards

What we’d like to see:

· Utilization of proper storage, ensuring our stock room is kept up to standards, organized and clean

· Daily communication includes coaching and training of your team

· Support the selling process, by monitoring merchandise on the sales floor making sure it is replenished in order to drive sales

To join our team you must have:

· Prior Supervisory or Management experience

· 2 Retail Stock experience

· Flexible Schedule including weekends and holidays

· Excellent Organizational, Communicational and Interpersonal skills

· The ability to work in a team and be receptive to feedback

· Strength in time management as well as prioritization of tasks; must be reliable and lead by example

· Move workloads up to 50 pounds; performing duties by walking, standing, reaching, lifting, carrying, etc.

Experience level:

• 5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
