24 Hour Home Care is Hiring a Recruiting Specialist (Alliance Services) Near Newberg, OR

WHO YOU ARE:

As the Recruiting Specialist, you will manage a strategic recruiting and hiring process to attract top talent caregivers that will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, helping them to become the best version of themselves and having fun in the process!

THE ROLE:

  • Source and recruit a diverse and qualified talent pool for designated territories, meeting monthly hiring metrics with a competitive spirit
  • Create and post career ads to various online resources, and conduct active candidate outreach and sourcing through online platforms
  • Conduct candidate interviews via phone, in-person, and/or video, and administer pre-employment paperwork and conditional offers of employment
  • Strategize recruitment outreach that promotes the company's mission to put caregivers first 
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned, with flexibility to changing needs

This position is based out of our office in Newburg, Oregon. You will work alongside dynamic colleagues onsite 5 days a week.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Spanish-speaking is preferred Minimum
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Outstanding relationship building skills - upbeat & enthusiastic team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must enjoy conducting various phone/video calls!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
