Front Desk Associates deliver an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring they have a welcoming, informative, and enjoyable experience when they visit; and helps inspire them to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals. In addition, Front Desk Associates delivers successful guest and member engagement, and attainment of applicable sales revenue goals.

Pay: 12.88/hour

Responsibilities:

• Servicing our members. Creating a friendly/welcoming environment.
• Assisting in the cleanliness of the gym to provide a clean, friendly and well maintained environment.
• Selling memberships and fitness programs
• Calling potential members and offering membership options and guest passes.

Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work a POS system.
• Fitness Industry or Retail Industry acumen preferred.

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
