Duration: 6 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Implementation Aide with support of the Chief Medical Officer.
• Help to manage the Medical Staff Office
• Responsible for Ongoing Professional Performance Evaluations process (will train).
• Continuously update all OPPE/FPPE forms to ensure they meet Joint Commission Standards (will train).
• Credential all practitioners applying to the hospital and re-credential existing Medical Staff (will train)
• Work with various physician databanks.
• Responsible for creating a monthly schedule of on call medical and psychiatric moonlighters.
• Responsible for practitioner credential files to ensure they meet Joint Commission Standards.
• Responsible for on boarding new hires.
• Track policies and in-service trainings for all practitioners.
• Maintain an updated listing of all practitioners' medical licenses and DEAs.
• Process monthly timesheets for practitioners
• Create agendas and record minutes for various meetings.
• Address important and routine correspondence.
• Order office supplies.
