Job Description The Product Commercialization Manager 5 role will be responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy and execution to maximize revenue of the most critical product initiatives within the Healthcare industry vertical. This role will work with many departments throughout the ePMO, sales and operational teams to ensure successful product launches and repositioning of existing Healthcare solutions. Working independently, this role is a key member of the team that is responsible for monetizing all Products, developing rollout strategies, commercializing the products and working hand-in-hand with product to test and pilot. Responsibilities Develop optimal go-to-market launch strategies by market, including account segmentation, launch pricing, sales team responsibilities, service processes, incentives and customer effort reduction Analyze the needs of the target client base to develop value propositions that will resonate with that audience as well as providing insight into developing product offerings and features we can take to market Execute project management for the new product launch process and feature changes (e.g. clarifying responsibilities, requirements, timelines for deliverables, interdependencies) Become the subject matter expert to support business process questions, sales presentation and messaging deliverables, and training content planning and delivery Conduct post launch reviews to gauge success and identify learnings that can be used to enhance the Commercialization Center of Excellence and drive additional revenue growth opportunities Provide input into commercial roadmaps identifying opportunities to launch client orientated market offerings Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, Product and Engineering to support our new product launch process Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Ten or more years of related work experience Preferred Skills/Experience BA/MBA in marketing, or other business related fields Strong understanding of the Healthcare Payments industry Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills Knowledgeable of business unit’s function and products Considerable knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis Strategic and thoughtful communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
