A little about this position: Assist the Engineering Manager operate the Engineering Department, i.e. management of the business affairs of the Homeowner's Association, as well as operations, maintenance, and repair of common areas for the property. Perform maintenance management services for Rental Program owners. Assists the manager in achieving the department's guest and employee satisfaction scores and financial results. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience. Minimum of three years experience in building maintenance. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management and staff. Proficiency in standard operating systems and ability to quickly learn additional computer software programs.
