Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest level of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the culinary arts, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to, guest service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
• Lead by example to ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times.
• Train, motivate, and mentor staff to deliver unparalleled service and exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu consistency and quality standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining setting.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic accounting principles. Specifically: MacOS programs, Toast POS, Excel, Mailchimp, OpenTable & Resy.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for delivering extraordinary dining experiences and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Spanish another language a PLUS!
