Position Overview:

- Hours: Monday - Friday 9-6pm.
With offices throughout the state, the Law Brothers, employ a team of skilled personal injury professionals, and work with a large network of California’s trusted legal support staff, medical experts, and accident reconstruction specialists to provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Support Case Managers.
- Scan and save documentation needed for the case to the firm's system.
- Send correct letters to clients.
- Drafting correspondence.
- Request medical records, police reports, and bills on behalf of clients.
- Maintain communication with the client.
- General office support & tasks as needed.
- Build and maintain case database.
- Warm, outgoing, and customer service-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
- Solid follow-up aptitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
