As a BOH Specialist, or Inventory Control Coordinator, you will combine your passion for excellence and expertise in inventory control with great customer service to create a world class customer experience. Some of your day-to-day tasks: Knowledgeable about wireless, mobile and consumer electronics, and motivated by the success of the entire team Believes in our vision and culture - seizes each day as an opportunity to make a positive impact Has a proven track record in inventory control and experiences success through collaboration, as a team, not solely as an individual contributor Experience in Buy-online Pick-up In store transactions Participates in open communication with all store team members Looks to and embraces training others as a vehicle to always remain up to date on Samsung technology Drives key performance measurements for sales, service, and operational excellence Enhances the customer experience by assisting with their journey throughout the store Maintains and applies knowledge of all company policy and procedures Maintains knowledge of current promotions, trends, merchandise features, and store inventory Maintains our presentation standards, ensuring clean audits Maintains inventory accuracy by identifying and correcting stock variances Strong stockroom expertise to ensure inventory loss is prevented Provides store leadership team with regular inventory performance updates and collaborates on solutions to improve results Complies with all corporate retail inventory processes Ensures all stockroom organizational and safety standards are maintained Is looked at as the guru of inventory control What's in it for You?
