Assist in establishing and maintaining departmental time lines and priorities Develop, maintain and communicate knowledge, awareness and understanding of company policies and procedures, goals, objectives and strategies within Retail Operations Responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating weekly project list to stakeholders Develop and maintain an effective department through proper selection, training, development and assignment of personnel Reviews monthly performance reports and assure proper and timely resolution of personnel issues, complaints and conflicts Create and maintain a culture of accountability and ensure adequate training Ensure business conducted within the organization is of the highest ethical and professional standards Handle all escalated operational field issues and provide resolution and feedback to field leadership regarding best practices, challenges and opportunities Participate in development and preparation of annual budget for Retail Operations; and adjust programs and strategies to meet financial objectives Perform all others duties as assigned Performance Measurements: Team representative for all client calls, contacts, issues, and escalations SFDC lead administrator Establish, manage, review and identify areas of improvement and track performance to department KPI’s. Assist in establishing and maintaining departmental time lines and priorities Responsible for all processes, communication, data integrity, and reporting related to the retail division Responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating the weekly project list to the field VPs, EVPs and internal team members and stakeholders Create and maintain a culture of accountability Ensure business conducted within the organization is of the highest ethical and professional standards Handle all escalated operational field issues and provide resolution and feedback to field leadership regarding best practices, challenges and opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor Degree preferred; Retail Operations experience a plus Expert level Excel experience which includes but is not limited to the following functions SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Macros and workbook creation A deep understanding of Salesforce and ability to customize the platform to meet business needs which includes user management such as, Profiles, Roles, Account creation and management. System Configuration: Fields and Layouts Ability to create custom Salesforce reports for the Sales Ops group and Field teams 7-10 years of relevant experience Must have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide concise regular business summaries and deliver presentations to all levels Ability to develop high level of credibility and positive professional working relationships with team members, peers and upper management Ability to motivate staff and effectively resolve performance issues Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Ability to show judgment and initiative to make decisions and problem solve Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job Available to work night or weekend hours if necessary when implementing new processes to support the field.
