What’s in it for You: Weekly pay Hourly starting at $19.00 based on candidate experience Monthly reimbursement amount for mobile and home internet Next day pay on-demand with DailyPay Paid training Equipment provided Eligible for benefits and 401k Paid time off Scholarship Opportunities for employees and direct family members Employee Assistance Program Leadership Development Program Employees Special Pricing for multiple clients Job Description: Evaluate photo and audio recording audits from field agents based on program expectations and MBO requirements Auditing field performance by listening to and scoring audio recordings, reviewing photo submissions, and providing manager-level coaching and feedback to field team leadership to drive performance improvement Escalate to Program Management any concerning findings throughout audit process Provide insight and feedback from specific agent recordings to program managers to aid in team coaching opportunities Generate reports and tracking process for number of recordings and audio issues observed during evaluations Communicate in a timely and professional manner with all employees and internal stakeholders Provide accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries and general correspondence Maintain a high-level of customer service throughout all inbound/outbound communications Remain proactive in anticipating problems and work to resolve them quickly Perform all other duties as assigned Performance Measurements: Ensure data integrity through audit/review Meet weekly and monthly audit goals Emphasis will be placed upon quality as well as timeliness for all assigned audits Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred 1 year administrative and/or customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills; paying close attention to detail Display good judgment and problem solving Demonstrate initiative and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
