Our work will take you in different directions. We’re looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our Service team in Perth W.A. In this position, you will work in collaboration with the Field Services Manager (FSM) to lead the operational service delivery team that ensures that KONE always delivers on its commitments to our customers in a safe and timely manner and to the agreed high standard of quality. What will you be doing? Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good relationship with all customers in the area and interacting with them regularly and proactively Ensures that customers' queries are answered on time and with the appropriate attention and makes sure complaints are solved accurately and on a timely basis (together with the rest of KONE team) Ensures high quality of service through presence in the field, regular field audits and promoting a strong safety and quality culture Responsible for investigating near misses, incidents and accidents and reporting those Accountable for service mindset and responsible for regularly visiting the customers together with Field Technicians Accountable for technician timesheet validation prior to sending to payroll Accountable for authorizing replacement and managing technicians' tools, uniforms, PPE, vans, phone and tablets What are we looking for? Strong Mechanical/Electrical technical understanding Experience from a Facilities Management background desired Excellent Safety knowledge and experienced in completing Safety audits Basic understanding of P&L to order equipment against purchase orders Intermediate IT skills Full drivers’ licence Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams Strong commitment to safety in the workplace Ability to interact with customers and ensure positive impact There’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.
