The 1st Phorm Field Operative represents our company and our 12 core values out in the market; they are responsible for building relationships and increasing recognition of the 1st Phorm Brand and our products. They are accountable to generating sales and promotional opportunities.

The position is responsible for product merchandising within our customer’s stores (Grocery Stores, Convenience Stores, Gas Stations, specialty retail, fitness locations, etc.). This building relationships with distribution partners and retail staff, stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking, and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

This position interacts with personnel at the store location. This position can be labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing from 20-50 pounds per case, as well as bending, reaching, and squatting while merchandising and moving products.

This role is also expected to attend and facilitate promotional activities with our street and brand team which may require overnight travel.
