Do you have experience managing a large, conventional, multi-family apartment community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are a highly-regarded property management firm in the greater New Orleans, LA area. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with best-in-class service through impeccable property management services and responsive support.
We are currently in need of an experienced Property Manager to join our team at our 264-unit apartment community in Kenner, LA: Sugarmill East apartments. The ideal candidate must have a background in property management. #BeThe1!
Property Manager Responsibilities:
The Property Manager is the business leader of the apartment community and is responsible for the overall operations and success of the apartment community and the team:
- Advertise and market vacant apartments to attract residents
- Collect rental payments and handle operating expenses
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
- Lead the property’s team and assess performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Update job and market knowledge
Property Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing a conventional apartment community
- A passion and dedication to a job well done
- Experience with AMSI and LRO is very helpful!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
