What you will do as a Leasing Agent with 1st Lake Properties:
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and provide detailed information about available units
- Process lease applications
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, vacancies, and leasing activity
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective residents in a timely and professional manner
Experience:
- Proficiency in AMSI, Entrata or similar property management software
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in administrative tasks within a property management setting
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to prospective residents

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
