Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our properties by maintaining tenant satisfaction, managing leasing activities, and overseeing property maintenance. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations - Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants - Screen and approve rental applications in accordance with company policies and procedures - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages - Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards - Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate repairs, renovations, and other property-related projects - Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, including rent payments, expenses, and maintenance requests Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs - Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations - Proficient in upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities to tenants - Knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations and experience working with Section 8 tenants is preferred - Sales experience is a plus for promoting the property and attracting new tenants - Exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with prospective tenants or handling tenant inquiries - Strong administrative skills for managing lease agreements, rental applications, and other property-related documents - Experience using property management software such as OneSite or similar platforms is highly desirable - Knowledge of facilities management practices to ensure proper maintenance of the property If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for providing exceptional customer service in the property management industry, we encourage you to apply.
